Dearly Beloved, when we think about the horrible thing we went through in 2021, we may obviously feel upset, blame ourselves or family members or governments etc and the more we think about them the more upset we become and at time to the point of loosing our will to leave. This takes away the BIGGER PICTURE ‘that we went through the situations”, yes, we went through. King David after going through the similar events, “loosing sons twice, his wife being taken away from him, being stripped of royalty, living in caves, one time his soldiers turning against him, etc; makes a reflecting in Psalms 23 and acknowledged that God has been good to him and enabled him to go through the circumstances that were beyond his control. This gives us the confidence that we will go through all the valleys and the shadows of death in the Name of Jesus Christ.

We pray that God gives you strength to see beyond the challenges of 2021 and those that 2022 will bring your way and support just one other person who has lost hope. We pull through challenging times together. We have been created to commune; to be in fellowship with one another; to carry each other’s burdens. We are stronger together. Where there is unity, there is sense of peace and tranquillity. God commands a blessing; Life eternal if we live in unity. May God help us to see beyond each other’s incapabilities and harness the strength in each and everyone of us in 2022.

2021 has proven that it does not work to categorise people based on physical appearances and capabilities. Let us live beyond stereotypes and perceptions in 2022 God helping us. Disability only means that I do things different to you and does not mean that I am lesser or inferior to you; being poor materially only means that I was robbed of the opportunity you have and that does not make one inferior. ALL MAN HAS BEEN CREATED EQUAL AND DESERVE EQUAL VALUE AND RESPECT. May 2022 bring a complete change on mindset and foster peace, joy, true love amongst all of. May God give us courage in 2022 to love those we thought wronged us in 2021 and do good to all mankind. May God strengthen our bones in 2022 and give us the ability to stand and forgive those who hurt us most. May God give us peace and comfort in 2022 to realise that our beloved who went to rest with the Lord in 2021 are in a better place, difficult as it is may he give us hope that one day we shall meet with them and have everlasting joy.

May God keep you and protect you in perfect faith throughout 2022. May God prosper your ways and bless you. May He grant you favour all the days of your life on this earth. May He give you courage to live an exemplary life and overcome this world by love; one person at a time.
