Invitation to prayer
A Call to Prayer and Compassion for Our Brethren in the Democratic Republic of Congo
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
As followers of Jesus, we are called to stand with those who suffer, to intercede for the broken, and to seek the peace and justice of our God. Today, we lift up our brethren in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where so many lives have been afflicted by violence, injustice, and sorrow. We cry out to our heavenly Father to intervene, to bring healing, and to restore lasting peace to the land.
The Word of God assures us:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)
God sees every tear, hears every cry, and is near to all who call upon Him. We pray that His divine presence will comfort those who mourn, strengthen the weary, and renew the hope of our brethren in DRC. May the Lord demonstrate His unconditional love, embracing His people with peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Let us also pray for those in positions of power—both in DRC and around the world—that God will open their eyes to the suffering of the innocent and turn their hearts toward righteousness and compassion. The Word of God reminds us:
“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” (Psalm 82:3-4)
May the Lord bring justice where there is oppression, wisdom where there is confusion, and healing where there is devastation. We believe in the power of prayer and in the sovereign hand of God to bring transformation even in the darkest of times.
To our dear brothers and sisters in DRC: You matter to God. Every life is precious in His sight. Do not lose hope, for Christ is our anchor and our salvation. As it is written:
“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” (Hebrews 6:19)
May the Lord’s mercy be upon us all. May He strengthen His people, guard them under His mighty wings (Psalm 91:4), and lead them into a future filled with peace and restoration. Let us not grow weary in praying and standing together in faith.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” (Matthew 5:9)
May the Lord bless and keep our brethren in DRC. May His face shine upon them and give them peace.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
Let us continue praying for one another
Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ,
As we step into this new year, we give glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ, who has carried us through the past year and granted us the grace to embrace 2025. We take this opportunity to thank the leadership of CDNI for their visionary guidance and dedication to advancing the Kingdom of God. We also express heartfelt gratitude to all ministries for their unwavering support, commitment, and labor of love in service to the Lord.
We assure you that we are praying fervently for our nations, our governments, and all families, especially our children and young people, who are the future of the Church. May God grant them wisdom, protection, and boldness to walk in His truth in a world filled with distractions.
As we journey through this year, let us walk with our eyes firmly fixed on Jesus Christ, the hope of eternal glory (Colossians 1:27). Everything outside of Christ is vanity and fleeting, but in Him, we have the promise of everlasting life. Let us, therefore, strive with all diligence to spend eternity with Christ, our ultimate destination and reward.
We also remember, with deep respect and gratitude, the families of the gallant fighters of faith who have gone before us, those who preached the Word in season and out of season, not only through their words but through their deeds. They now rest in the Lord, and it is our prime duty in Christ to look after the families they left behind. May we fulfill this responsibility with joy, knowing that we honor God in doing so.
As we serve, let us be reminded not to labor for personal recognition or popularity but to ensure that God remains the center of all that we do. May our lives and ministries bring glory to His name alone.
In 2025, we pray for good health, peace, and unity among us. Let us never forget those who lack materially or spiritually in our midst. May we share the blessings God has given us with those in need, reflecting the love and compassion of Christ.
May the Lord make His face shine upon us, grant us peace, and bless us with prosperity and good health this year. Together, let us press on toward the goal, seeking first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness.
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23)

Thank you
Dear brothers and sisters of the CDNI community, We wish to express our deepest gratitude to each of you for the unwavering solidarity you have shown during this period of mourning. Your spiritual, emotional and financial support, as well as your consecrated time and devotion, have been a powerful witness to the love of Christ manifested among us. As we mourn the loss of our devoted friend and brother, who has gone to join our Lord Jesus Christ in eternal glory, we remember the words of the Apostle Paul: “We do not want you, brothers and sisters, to be ignorant about those who sleep, so that you may not grieve like others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and he has risen, believe that God will bring back those who have fallen asleep through Jesus and with him” (1 Thessalonians 4:13-14). We have the unshakable hope that one day we will find ourselves in this magnificent place where there is no death or sadness, and where Jesus Christ will wipe away all our tears (Revelation 21:4). Meanwhile, may we continue to remain strong in the Lord, united by his peace and grace. We would like to thank the leadership of the Congolese community for your hard work and dedication that brought us together in these difficult times. Your leadership is a blessing and inspiration for all of us. May God bind us together with bonds of love that cannot be broken, and may He continue to guide and strengthen us. Let us continue to walk in unity, faithful to the call of our Lord. With gratitude and blessings,
Thank you
Armour & Saneliso
